    Re: Stevia?

Yes, stevia is fine. It's natural and has been used in the orient for thousands of years. Not everyone likes the taste though.

I use Stevia in my tea. At first, the taste is a little different, but you get used to it and it provides just enough sweetness...

Yay! There's no sucralose here in Malaysia. But a new shop around the corner seems to be selling stevia products so now I'm gonna check it out!

                Re: Stevia?

stevia can be tricky, because all the brands taste differently. the way to get the best sweetness, IMO, is to use erythritol and then bring the sweetness up from there with stevia. they're both natural, 0 calorie, 0 on the glycemic index.

                    Re: Stevia?

I have used stevia for years, and normally I think it is great, but at least for the brand I have used, it makes coffee too bitter to drink. Don't know what is up with that combo, because it seems to be great in all other things I have tried it in.
