OK, my big induction-friendly 'splurge' meal of the week is a pound of boiled shrimp from the local seafood shack. I

But the cocktail sauce is off-limits, so I had to get creative. Here's my new favorite sauce concotion:
2 parts All Seasons Salsa Ranch dressing (2 carbs)
1 part Ken's Creamy Caesar dressing (0 carbs)
horseradish to taste
It's deliciously tangy and spicy.
I tried just Ken's Creamy Caesar & horseradish the first time, and it was pretty good, but that Salsa Ranch really added a nice kick -- while the Ken's mixed in keeps it from being overly hot.
