someone give me the recipe for this yest and i have made it and it tastes oily :S anyone have any ideas on what to do lol?? i want mayo lol

You probably broke the emulsion by adding too much oil or by not whisking quick enough. i just done it and its still the same
should i throw it. its such a waste??? im not sure what sauces to use now i was hoping to have that

You might have used too much oil. It's about a 1:1 ratio for egg yolks to oil. So if you use 1 egg yolk, you should use 1 cup (240 ml) of oil. And you might not have to add that entire amount.~Megs~
