Fry lightly in olive oil the chicken legs. Just until they turn gold and remove.
Fry lightly in the same oil 3 garlic cloves and ½ Spanish onion. When soft add 1 glass white wine (or beer) and let it boil until the alcohol evaporates.
Add the chicken. Close the cooker.
