  • A "saver": chicken legs in pressure cooker

    Fry lightly in olive oil the chicken legs. Just until they turn gold and remove.
    Fry lightly in the same oil 3 garlic cloves and ½ Spanish onion. When soft add 1 glass white wine (or beer) and let it boil until the alcohol evaporates.
    Add the chicken. Close the cooker.
    Ready in 20 minutes!

    I may try that while a whole chicken cut up?...and some mushrooms and we have a bit of a French dish going on!!!!....Dónde están los ungos?

      LOL! ..... Mushrooms = hongos

      Of course you can add what you like :hug I just called it "saver" because just with 3 ingredients you have a meal :icondance

        oh crap and I thought my Spanish was perfect this time I forgot the "H" on hongos!!!!! LOLOLOL
