Sunflower Seeds..

I just want to ask a quick question.. its something I can not seem to figure out.. but I am on the nut rung...and I am dying for regular sunflower seeds with the shell... is that ok and if so.. how much would that be ? an ounce??? My son is going to be going thru surgery.. and since I do not smoke anymore... I am going nuts with worry and sunflower seeds have always helped me out..Thank you...

A serving of sunflower seeds would be an ounce ... after they're shelled.

Thank you Sunrise...the surgery, its finished..now we just await the results....Feel like I could eat a ton of chips and chocolate.. my favorite comfort foods........thank you for your good wishes...
