I am not a real big fan of cheese. I found a block of Colby/Jack at Costco. The Kirkland brand. I googled cheddar cheeses, and Colby is considered a cheddar. When cheddar is listed in acceptable foods is that all cheddars or just mild, and sharp, the orange stuff? Would really appreciate help with this. Thanks!!
