  • Can you have Colby/Jack cheese on Atkins Induction?

I am not a real big fan of cheese. I found a block of Colby/Jack at Costco. The Kirkland brand. I googled cheddar cheeses, and Colby is considered a cheddar. When cheddar is listed in acceptable foods is that all cheddars or just mild, and sharp, the orange stuff? Would really appreciate help with this. Thanks!!

    Yes.

The list in the book is not complete. Those are just examples.
