I have -
12 Cup Cuisinart Food Processor (or maybe it is an 11 cup)
Large Oval Crockpot Slow Cooker (with a broken lid, I need to order a new one, but aluminum foil overtop works for now)
Microwave (huge new GE unit the apartment complex gave us when I complained that the microwave in my unit wasn't the same as the one in the demo unit)
Standard sucky Hotpoint Electric Range and Oven
Pizza stone for said oven (it is essential if you want to do any serious baking, LC or otherwise)
$20 Stainless Steel Betty Crocker Blender that really sucks (I want a Vitamix eventually)
Cheapo Wal-Mart Hand Mixer (that I have used maybe twice, I just mix by hand)
Good set of Knives (Chicago Cutlery, but I want to get a set of Globals) - this is my most useful kitchen 'gadget' a good chefs knife can do almost anything.
Little Coffee/Spice Grinder (I think it is a kitchenaid, it does a great job).
Coffee Pot - standard drip
Coffee Pot - Italian Moka Stovetop
Cookshack Electric Smokette - Model 008 (not really in the kitchen, as it makes so much smoke it has to live outside, but the thing rocks, put in the meat, put in the chips, set the temp, plug it in, and 12 hours later you have perfect brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken, whatever).
Things I want -
A real Mixer, like a Kitchenaide, Hobart, or Electrolux
High temp electric wok and/or skillet
Electric Griddle
Mandolin (I've seen one for $20, not sure how good it is).
umm, I'm sure there is other stuff.
