    But I have never liked tater-salad :nono I like radishes cold with butter and salt on them.

      I like them sauteed in butter--warmed through but still have a crunch.

      I also like them thinly sliced with thinly sliced sweet onions mixed with sour cream and ground pepper.

        i just finished eating my radish home fries for lunch! i like to boil them to soften then sautee with onions.

        I'm gonna try the mock potato salad .. I've always done it with cauliflower..never thought of radishes!

          I like radishes as radishes and as real radish slaw too but for those who like potato salad it is nice to have the texture and not the cauiflower taste you can grate the boiled radishes and make hashbrowns too.

              yep make it like coleslaw only a little bit goes a long way with the fire in the radishes.
