But I have never liked tater-salad :nono I like radishes cold with butter and salt on them.

I like them sauteed in butter--warmed through but still have a crunch.
I also like them thinly sliced with thinly sliced sweet onions mixed with sour cream and ground pepper.~Megs~

I like radishes as radishes and as real radish slaw too but for those who like potato salad it is nice to have the texture and not the cauiflower taste you can grate the boiled radishes and make hashbrowns too.by the book atkinseer
