Thanks, Pammie. I checked out the recipes and found several that I am going to try. Who knew I could eat so well on a "diet".

I'm trying to get my mom to try Atkins. She is totally hooked on CocaCola and cinnamon candy discs. She eats them all day. Anyway, my ds and I have been staying with her this week because I ran over our water meter and broke it :no and haven't gotten it fixed yet, so we have no water at home. Mom's been seeing what I get to eat and last night I made her a mock cream cheese danish. She liked it. She's amazed at the foods I eat while on a "diet", but still not ready to go for Atkins. Maybe she'll see the light, eventually. I printed out the Induction info from the website. Hopefully she'll read it. Time will tell.

        Pammie ~

Thanks for your menu. I'm just finishing up with my 2 week induction, and I haven't lost 1 lb. Not too discouraged, a little disappointed, but I will try to follow your menu. My question is, how much of the flex crackers can you eat in a day?

        TIA

If you don't have the parchment paper, would these work with anything else?

                Flax Seed Crackers

                I have some flax seed.
Can I make meal fine enough using a coffee grinder?
Or must I purchase it already ground?

I grind mine in the coffee grinder, I grind fine for bread and coarse for cereal. I love grinding my own, much fresher!

                    Excellent! Thank You!

They smelled a little odd (fishy?) but tasted great!

Thought they'd go well with tuna salad.

(Or perhaps it was the subliminal message I was getting! )

I almost cried when i saw this. Ive been eating too much fried fish, fried pork, fried chicken and fried beef for 3 days now. I think i can go on for weeks of induction with this menu.

Anyway where can i find flax here in japan?

I just tried to find flax at Wal-mart and didn't have any luck by the flours, the diet or laxitive area. Anyone else know what dept it would be in?

This is such a great Induction menu guide!!

I finally found the flax at a local health food store and since found it less expensive at Wal-Mart.

Again, thanks for this helpful guide.

Hi I have been looking at your menu - many thanks it will be a great help - just can't find some of the recipes though I've looked under other forums, can you give me the one for hot flax cereal - I'm assuming it uses fresh single cream - and cheese burger quiche. Thanks again.

Oh Pammie, great menu. Very similar to what I usually eat. At least I feel better equipped today and more sure of what I am doing. I have spent hours on here between homework and other things.
