    I know, I know I have so much to learn. There is alot I am trying to keep track of But I am still new and learning Glad your here to assist!

    I knew there had to be a trick to it. I think that I am doing that happy dance and I didn't even step on the scales. Thanks 2Big

          I am wondering , if you can FRY Jicama like FF, what about cooking it like potatoes, and mashing it???? Anyone tried that?!!!

          Jicama is SO hard it is NOT easy to cut up, and I am wondering how one juliens the darn stuff!!!

            It doesn't take on a potatolike texture at all. I think the only reason people draw potato comparisons is because of the physical similarities to the eye.
