    question for you yeast experts...

I am trying to get those good bacteria into my body. I ordered some capsules but they will take a week or more to get here so in the meantime I am wondering what I can do. My supermarket has a soymilk yogurt made with the "good bacteria". I am thinking this should be ok, correct?? It is not dairy, and has no sugar (though it does have asspertame). What do you all think?

Just did the spit test - low and behold - I have yeast. Which I presumed I did due the listed symptoms online. My doctor diagnosed me with IBS (not the kind with constipation) and every day all day long I have cramps, severe belching, bloating and a loose bottom. I am definately going to the health store and see what they have to get me on track. I sure hope this works - it is misserable. Any other suggestions from you folks would be greatly appreciated.

      Thanks.

This is interesting. I have been stuck at a stall for the past month or so, and it is really bugging me out (mainly because I Am so close to goal, I just want to be there darnit).

I will have to try the spit test tomorrow and see what I see. If I come out positive however I may delay starting a Candida cleansing diet until after Thanksgiving.

I just went to a herb shop in my area, lucky me I found one. I picked up Yeastmax, my husband and I started it this morning. Will let you know how we feel in a couple of days. I will also post the ingredients so others can see. It cost $29.50 online and $31.99 here - in a very rural area. It appears to contain all the ingredients (and then some) that you suggested. Also, she (the Naturopathic Doctor) gave me a powder similar to Metamucil for my IBS symptoms - which are pretty severe. Thanks again for posting this message, it probably saved my life!!!!

Can anyone recommend a candida cleansing product...I'm dying to try this out. If anyone can also recommend a general colon cleansing product i could find at gnc...i'm really interested in trying one out and seeing the results
here is a link to help you. I was advised by a naturopath doctor years ago ( used to go to that doctor all the time when i lived in Northern Ca.: only one I've EVER trusted in the physician field! :yes ) to take Dr. Schultz's products as they are the stongest most effective herbs in the U.S. I have been taking them for over 10 years now...they are AWESOME!!! and prevent major diseases further down the road. You NEED a clean healthy colon to be healthy. (your goal is to eliminate at least 3 times a day for a healthy colon; after every time you eat....)

if you are interested I know a better site to purchase them for a lot less money. Just PM me and I'll give you the website.

Alright folks. I took the morning and evening dose yesterday, woke up this morning and so far so good. I lost a pound and a half after being stalled for two weeks and I do not have a sour stomach - yet. Will let you know how I do during the day. This really works.

Hmmm, I tried the spit test today, and nothing, came out perfectly clear. So, perhaps this isn't the culprit for my stall after all...

Well, I am anxious to try this as well. However, I have only seen one post as to how much to take of the Oil of Oregano (2 pills per day). What about the Apple Cider Vinegar? How much should be taken?
