  • Halloween Challenge



    By popular request here is the Halloween challenge! The idea is to get in as much cardio in as possible between now and Halloween. You list the amount of time you spent each day doing cardio and then your total. At the end I'll announce the top 3 winners - determined by who got accumulated the 3 greatest total amounts. We can start with yesterday Tuesday September 6th '05, since that's the day after Labor day.

            Thursday - 1 hr 15 minute bike ride

            1 hour 15 minutes

            Don't worry guys and girls I'll announce the Labor day winners soon. Just been ridiculously busy the past couple days. Getting my wisdom teeth YANKED out of my skull tomorrow. Wish me luck!

                Hey,

                I'm going to jump in here...I over did it on the training, and under did it on the eating and had some "exhaustion" going on. I took the week off from the gym and upped my food. I'm going to start again at the gym tomorrow. I'm going to post a thread asking for advice in the main exercise forum...I am at the final 10 lbs to lose and I'm at a lose as to how to do it safely and effectively.

                I'll post my cardio tomorrow.
