    Re: Attention Treamill owners

    Morning,

Honestly i've been reluctant to say count me in, but if this is a personal goal to accomplish and not a competion than, COUNT ME IN.

The 6wk challange is almost over and I'll need something to keep me accountable.

I like the ongoing post too. But I'm flexable too.

      Okay, 2Big!

I'm ready to start whenever you say go. Actually, I'm going to start walking today and have set my December goal at 540 minutes of treadmill time which is only about 36 miles for me. It is lower than I would like but December is a ugly month full of previous obligations and limited time. If we can get the challenge rolling and going full steam by January, I will dramatically increase my goal.

Is anybody else ready to set their personal goal and start walking?

      Away I go.

Ohhh, I'll get in on this!!

Being we've got the Vidiot Challenge going, this would be a great add-on for extra light cardio. I won't be going hard-core on this one, but the extra time and miles logged can't do anything but help!

I'll commit to 90 minutes a week. I'm low-balling it just cuz I'm pretty sure the first week or two of the upcoming Vidiot challenge is going to make me wish for death. LOL

I went looking for a treadmill animation for our signatures. I didn't find anything yet, but I did find this : http://www.guzer.com/videos/running_machine_bear.php

Count me in for 90 min a week. I'm doing Couch to 5K and using the treadmill, so this will be a way to keep me accountable for using the treadmill.

Brook-Loved the polar bear! I forgot about the new si6 challenge. I may have signed on for too many treadmill minutes. Oh, well. I love my treadmill so this should be really swell, Wally.

2Big-You need to give your challenge a name. I will make a generic one for my signature but will gladly change it once we have a title.

I have completed 63 minutes towards my goal with a long way to go.

I'm a treadmill kind of girl. LOL I'll need the extra motivation to continue working out 5 days a week after the six week challenge is over. I'll pledge 150 minutes a week.

I would like to join this challenge, but I do not have a treadmill. I do have an Orbitrek (you will know it as the Elliptical Cross Trainer).

It is a combination of the treadmill, stepper and bicycle. It also monitors time, calories, speed and distance. Will this do?
