Hi everyone. Finally checking in ...and panting hard...and choking...and unable to catch my breath. I'm still really sick, but I was feeling pretty caged so I hit the treadmill. I figured it'd be a good test.
Heh. I'm glad I didn't try to Si6 or I'd be dead right now, I'm pretty sure.
Checking in with my first 32 minutes. Incline ranging from 6-11, speed ranging from 3.5 to 5mph. Heart rate topped out at 168 - and that was mostly due to one of several major coughing fits. lol
Back on the Good ol Treadmill today WOOHOO not as far as I wanted but, I still did it. Went 5.8 miles HMM really wanted more but, I had to get off and do a ton.

61 minutes completed today. I've been so busy focusing on my personal goal/minutes that I haven't been paying attention to the calories burned and was surprised at the amount I am burning. This is definitely worth my time!

good for y'all now i gots to figure out how toget Brook to make us a nice chart likethe vidiots got for tracking all these minuts everybody is posting.
Well, I missed this until now so it's obviously too late to start, plus the gym is opening weird hours over Xmas with 3 days CLOSED!. If you have another one please count me in. I do 2 miles at the gym every morning, and have gone from 29 mins on the flat to 22 mins on an incline os 2nd step up. The distance limit is becasue I only have 45 mins in the morning to fit my exercise in.
So for next time you can put me down for 40 per month (4 weeks). I usually go 5 days but that gives me a safety margin. Hope to get my own treadmill towards the end of next year when gym membership runs out.

You guys are doing a good job with your treadmills. It's been a few days since I've logged any minutes but if I get a break from the Christmas preparations I will be hopping on my treadmill today.
