    kelly and i are up for this one....
    it can be done in conjunction with the situp/crunches challenge. i mean, you're already doing something so why not add a few push ups to the list.

    lets keep this totally on the ball at the position you are comfortable with. no kness or variations of girlie pushups. totally ball!

    starting march 1, like our sister situps challenge.
    state how many you will do and another thread will be started to check in.

      I am in!!!! I too think this shall be a great compliment to the ab challenge!!! I my goal is 3100 in the month of March.

                Yeah......I really want to try and do one hundred a day. Since last month I started doing some, I can do a lot througout the day,but not a lot in one sitting. I can only do like five at a time....so i want to push myself and get good at them. Hence why I am joining the challenge. I also figure if I fall short by one hundred or so that would not be too bad and I would have done more than if I shot for a lower goal so why not. Only time will tell how I do. Good Luck to you all...I hope we all attain our personal goals!

                        YES, exactly like that. The further out you go on the ball the more difficult they are.

                        (I guarantee you mine are all gonna be with the ball at my knees!!)

                          the link i provided shows you the push ups and the various positions on the ball. hopefully by the end of this we can be closer to our ankles than when we started.
