          quick question - can we use a stair stepper for this challenge? My first thought was it was just actual stairs, but I do have a stepper and wondered if any one else uses it ??

            quick answer - yeppers!

            i have a step stool, same height as a step and i use it sometimes. sal has a stepper.

                Without my aerobic step, I'd never have made Everest once, let alone twice!!

                Jimmie... I'm climbing at my usual pace. I hope I didn't do something silly like add a hundred more, by mistake, when updating my siggy... though I don't think I did. Siggy is my only record. Don't write the flights down anywhere else and my math is..... um.... well, perhpas I should say it isn't!!

                Take your time though... we can enjoy the anticipation of a leisurely stroll (!!) to the top.

                  sal, i am sure your math is just fine. i had a couple days where i just didn't get as many flights in. i'll try to get in step with you by the end of the week.

                            i gained some ground on your flights today, sal. well, not just today as i had not counted anything up for the past several days, but i made an effort to do more today.

                            i'm at 3740 in comparison to your 3805. i'll try to be up with you in two days.
