Thanks, Jimmie. I've been really stalled out on my last 6 pounds and the stair climbing is the only thing that makes me feel like I'm making progress. I guess you find motivation wherever you can, huh? So if I'm not seeing numbers going down on the scale, at least I'm seeing them going up on my stair totals. I'll take what I can get!
The one will really help the other Tracey. The more you go up, the more you'll go down eventually, if you're eating to plan too. Hang in there!

Thanks, Sally. I AM eating accoring to plan, which makes things all the more frustrating. I've been trying to take that frustration out on the step or with my crunches instead of on my family (which I'm sure they appreciate). At least I can really see a difference in my legs, so that helps. And when I get really bummed I hit the closet and try on some of my old fat clothes. Right now I'm just doing what I can to keep from jumping ship. I will not give up when I'm this close - I would hate myself for it. Thanks for the encouragement.

Thanks, ladies. They're really not going that fast. They're short buildings and I got in the habit of doing 40-50 flights, so it only seems quick. I AM going to try to knock out the University today, though, if the kids will ever take a nap!
Well, I did it. All 105 flights of Moscow State in one day. Everytime I was near that step I jumped on and did a few flights. I doubt Eureka Tower will be a one day climb, but it's next.
Oh My Gosh! Tracie I Am So Impressed! I Know What It's Like To Climb That Many In A Day. Step Stool, Stairs, Whatever... That's Alot Of Flights! Kudos For Really Owning This Challenge, Girl!

I'm impressed too! I don't think I ever did 100 in a day. Good for you!

Thanks to you both. I felt pretty good about myself when I finished instead of sitting on the couch feeling like a lump. I realized I'd gotten fairly complacent lately just sticking to the 50 or so flights I could do comfortably - same with my crunches. I'm not looking to just maintain my level of semi-fitness. I want to improve it, so I'm trying to push myself more. We'll see how long that lasts!
