Well, I was burning up my step last night and BT Tower is now behind me. I even made a good start on Blackpool. I wondered if you Everest climbers have a worn spot on your steps!

i did the step stool version of climbing yesterday. i was doing my arm work almost the whole time, for 25 minutes. i managed 76 flights. i have to say, it really gives me a work out!
jack is still working on his flights. very slowly because he just doesn't climb like i do but we still keep track. he has about 35 to go to summit ben nevis. poor guy will be 98 yrs. old when he reaches mt. everest.

Congrats on the BT TBW!
Congrats jimmie for doing 25 mins of arms and legs!
98? You think? That's similar to what I thought, when I started... and then the addiction set in. It's harder to shake this addiction than it is to shake carbs!
TBW... I think it's my feet that have the worn spot, not the step!!! Hey guys... it suddenly crept up on me: Maybe today... maybe tomorrow... I'll be viewing the world from the top vantage point! I'm holding my breath...

Well.....I made it! Everest is done! Whew! Whew! Whew! Planted the green white and red right next to jimmie's. Can't believe I've finished the lot.

Congratulations on Everest! Can you see me waving to you from the Space Needle? Everest seems so far away now, but I'll be there one day, I just may need wheelchair access!
I BELIEVE YOU SAID YOU WOULD CLAIM THE SUMMIT FOR ITALY.
WEAR IT WITH PRIDE, SAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh I will! I will!
Thank you jimmie for being my "draw" to the top! Loved following in your footsteps.
Have to say I feel quite proud.
But... now, onward to other climbs...
TBW... ty! I'll smooth the rough bits on my way down, for your wheelchair... though I bet you surprise yourself and make it loooooooooooonnnnnnnnnggg before that! Besides... we Atkineers rarely need wheelchairs... we keep on and on and on and on.....

Tks Jimmie!
Big congrats to Jack on finishing Ben Nevis!
I'm thinking of starting the other climbs with three Italian volcanos: Stromboli (of course!), Etna and Vesuvius. Gotta go see check their heights. Will post when I've got it sorted out but will start counting from today.
