Today is my first day of induction and I want to join the Treadmill Trekkies. I think I will start with 500 minutes total for the month because I have been using the treadmill sparingly and I don't want to overexert myself. So.......... I'll be starting today and if I don't reply back everyday or every other day. It's fine if you hunt me down to ask about my minutes!!! I need that!!!

yep June is in full swing. there is an eany exercise you want to do for 6 weeks challenge to with its own forum too, a fitness ball pushup challange a stair climbing on a running one, vidots exercise challange ( they use a bunch of different exercise videos) even a billy blanks workout one just look at the top of the page and on the left put your pointer on the exercise challenges it will turn red and click it to open the whole forum.
Yikes !!!! I don't want to get cracked with that whip! I'm glad I exercised today!
I just finished 4 miles on the treadmill for today = 76 minutes. When I start I groan but by the time I finish, I feel great. I was a late joiner, but I WILL make my goal.
And now I'm off to find other exercise challenges to jump in.
I forgot to tell you all that on Tuesday and Thursdays I usually go to church and don't get home until around bedtime, so on those days I won't be on the treadmill unless I don't go to church. So, I'll have to double up on the weekends. Just FYI.
