      i always wanted to be a cheerleader in school but alas, i was not all the things that cheerleaders are suppose to be. i ended up with the better end of the deal.

                    boxer, where are you at on the ball? at your thighs? i started there and they really did get too easy. once i got so used to that, i moved the ball down to my knees and lowered my goal. i really started to see the difference in my arms then. i have some curves going on now that i haven't seen in years and years. i think you will be pleased with how this shapes you.

                      350/1200.

                      The ball is at my knees and it takes me quite awhile to do 100--there are a lot of rest breaks and my arms get really shaky. My arms have been looking much leaner and my bat wings are getting smaller.

                        oh my, now i am shamed. lol
                        i have the ball at my knees and i struggle to do 20 to 30 of those durned push ups. my goal for the month is 250.

                        oh i know, i shot low on the numbers to make the rest of you feel good about doing 1000. yeah that's it! that's my excuse. ( teeeeheeee) (i think nobody is buying that, grumble grumble)

                            I have been a bit lax over the pushups this week but did manage another 15 today.
