    the chart does look fantastic! it made me really focus on the lull between my pushups though! yikes!!!

      i wil make my goal after all! had me wondering there when the allergy hit.

            ah... thanks for the shout out, saty. i feel like a slug next to some of the other girls though.

            getting stonger each time i do them! getting down with the rash did me no good at all. the next time i did them it was like starting over!!! yikes!!! but i was back down at the knees today and my arms feel like they have worked.
            have you ever noticed how bony popeye's elbows are? he has a pretty long and skinny neck too!! lol

              Well I just made my goal - having done 15 on Saturday and then finished my gym session today with the final 10!!
