I am really getting stronger and keeping up much better! By the time she gets to the squats my arms are burning so bad I have to put them on my hips for a rep or 2. I am doing 12 pushups now. I want to make it through the whole SIU workout without having to rest my arms or anything before I move on. I will probably be able to move on to RIU in 4 or 5 more days max.
What is up with the workout called "COOL IT OFF?" I saw it on ebay - it is supposedly for after the 6 weeks SIU is over. Is it any good? BROOK, Anyone? Has anyone done it and should I order it?
Cool It Off is a good stretching workout. 57 minutes, I believe. It's a nice change of pace!
There is also Keep It Up, Tone It Up, Firm it Up, Shape It Up, Tear It Up, and Firm It up. Those are the ones I am mostly using now.
So far nothing today. I think I am going to take a rest day.

Start It Up completed up through the squats. I will finish the program tomorrow and then start adding Ramp It Up on Wednesday.

I saw Keep it up and it was 2 workouts: slim & 6 pack and slim and limber - both of which came with my 2 dvd SI6.
So Now that I'm a convert, do I need: Cool it off, Tone It Up, Firm it Up, Shape It Up,and Tear It Up?

No Keep It Up is different than Slim & 6 pack and S&L.
I would see how you feel once you are into this series a bit more. If you keep at it and enjoy it, and feel it is something you want to continue, then - yeah, I would get the Slim Series set. I love it. Lots of weighted workouts. They range from an hour to and hour and 20 minutes long.

OK I saw it on EBAY if that is where you were looking. It lists the s&6pack and S&L as bonuses. to the Keep It Up workout.

I did Start-it-Up on Saturday and again last night - was not able to post until now. Hope everyone is doing well. I am 8/15 for July. No breaks until month-end!!! Arckkkkk!!!!!!

Hey guys, super busy at work, just wanted to come on here and quickly say that I ramped it up last night and unfortunatly it is getting easy. Waaaaaaahhhhhh! I might have to move on to Burn it Up but i'm not making that determination until next week.
Also I moved up my weights, from 4 pounds to 5 hooray me! Its silly but one tiny extra pound does make a ton of difference, my arms are sore!
