    I did SIU 11/36 yesterday and am just feeling... strange. Like pooped? Not a lot of energy. I was thinking as I worked out yesterday that I really should be ready to move on to RIU but I am not physically ready. I'm still OBESE!

    Now this morning I weigh (I officially weigh weekly on Wednesdays) and I'm UP 4 FRIGGING POUNDS... Grrrrrrr!

    I'm trying not to be depressed but.....

      Playing catch up with posting workouts...

      July 23 - SIU and S&L
      July 24 - SIU and S&L
      July 25 - RIU and S&L ---moved up to RIU. Needed to take a few breaks during this but kept going.

      Not sure if today is going to be a rest day or if I'm going to do RIU. I'll check back later.

        Took a rest day yesterday but will ramping it up tonite and more then likely burning it up next week. I am afraid!

          Slim in 6 Newbie...

          Okay guys... I know I'm a bit late on this. But i'm taking a trip to NYC to see my boyfriend and I leave on August 26. That give me approx 5 weeks to court the squat ****. I downloaded Slim in 6 last night, and it even came with the calendar and everything....
          so now I only have one question. Is there a set way of going through these, or do you just switch em up??? I really have no idea where to start (I'm guessing with start it up?) but how often do I change, do I just switch them up daily or is there a set order to go through them for the 6 weeks????
          Someone help me out here, I'm lost....

          My first date with the squat **** will be tonight...... and I'm ready for her.

          By the time I go to NYC I hope to have reached my mini-goal of 199.... boy the friends (and boyfriend, for that matter) will be shocked if I can do that! Fitday tells me that's 5.87 lbs a week to meet that goal...

            Tru2Mee... They suggest SIU for 1 week, RIU for 2 weeks and BIU for 3 weeks. They also suggest doing SI6pack 3 times a week and SIL on rest days and as often as possible. Really you should start with SIU and once it starts being less challenging change to RIU and the BIU when you are ready.


            ***I've been having knee pain in my left knee when doing the plies, lunges and squats. Does anyone else have this issue? I've checked my form and it seems right... Any suggestions???***

            I've been doing Ramp it up this week...

              Phew last night I Ramped it Up. It was a little harder but still kinda easy for me. Afterwards I did Windsor Pilates for about 20 minutes. Holyhell, yikes! I'm so super sore today.

              Next week i'm gonna Burn it Up. I am not really looking forward to it but I AM looking forward to seeing the results.

              I have modified my goal a bit, it is no longer about losing wieght. Right now my new goal is to have a six pack! Can't wait, I can kind of see it but there is still a layer of fat over the muscle. LOL, it should be fun!

                10/15 (Goal for July)
                Ok ladies, I'm going to take the big plunge and switch to Ramp-It-Up this weekend. Wish me luck. I know my body will PAY, pay, I say, this weekend for switching but it's for a good cause. Laters!

                Great job Yoly doubling up on the exercise. Thanks for motivating me to Ramp-It-Up. I think I can, I think I can... arkkkk!!!! Bye!

                  Calling yesterday a rest day from SI6...went for a long walk though.

                    I've been doing Ramp it up this week...
                    Hey Saty, I too get knee pain but only when I get started. Then 5 minutes into it I'm ok - probably my body just warming up. You may want to check with your doctor though because you never know. Hope everything's ok.

                      I took a rest day yesterday but did Start it Up today.

                      After baby and current restart: 210/207/120

                      I'm too sexy.....for this bod; WAY too sexy for this bod

                      Phase: Restarting a clean Induction as of 7/29/2007.

                          Phew I was so super tired last night and didn't feel like working out but I still Ramped it UP!

                          On Sunday I'll probably Ramp it up one more time and then monday start Burn it up, I"ll let you guys know how i do, if I can make my acking and throbbing muscles get to the computer.
