Re: Biking/Treadmill/mileage Challenge! Join if you're excercising in miles.
By your photos, I figure you have to be getting around 1.67 miles every 10 minutes if your speed is averaging 10 miles an hour (10 MPH/6=1.67). It's definitely displaying MPH as speed. So, if it's reading around 3 miles total distance for your 20 minutes of exercise, it is right. Go ahead and go by the total distance your eliptical is stating.

Thanks profitweb. I knew it said mph but I felt like I needed to prove it because of doubt of my distance in that amount of time. So put me down for 3 miles every night that I have completed and 75 miles for goal. I am glad that is settled.
[QUOTE=Richt]Thats very quick! Especially on an eliptical trainer. Are you sure it wasnt 3.2 kilometres?

Re: Biking/Treadmill/mileage Challenge! Join if you're excercising in miles.
I did 3.25 miles tonight. 20 minutes. Profitweb do you need to know the minutes? I did not feel like working out tonight. I am so proud of me because I did. Before I would have decided not to. Thank you for making this challenge because it helps to keep me focused on exercise.
