    Adena... I'm going to have to get in more than 8 every other day( hee, hee). I wonder if I could build up to two set's of 12 (every other day) by the end of October? Wouldn't that be great?

      Okay...This is my first time joining a challenge, so here goes 300 pushups by Nov 1st! I love those exercise balls...it is a great tool for strength training.

                      Thanks Cher! Don't mind the wrist picture, that's a bit of an exaggeration. I was really excited about it. Naturally Tim made fun of me for using the ball as a footstool first before I started my pushups, but I'm proud to say I did it, I liked it, and I'm doin' it again tomorrow!

                      Congratulations to you for doing your 10/250!

                      It does make a really good footstool though, by the way

                          good job guys!

                          i use my ball for a foot stool and an extra seat when jack is on the computer. i have a tendency to start bouncing on it then too.

                          guess what i saw? an oval shaped ball. it claims it's easier to use, you won't roll. i say WHERE'S THE CHALLENGE IN THAT?!

                                wow 3 pages already and it is only the second. lots of pushup folk.

                                I'm changing to the hand on small ball feet on big ball stance this month for 100 on Mondays Wednesdays, and fridays and yes the floor is padded well so i will not lose any teeth when the little ball rolls way. I thought this was going to be easier then the hands on dumbbells since they can roll very far very fast.

                                did my 100 today and yes i did fall off the ball it is harder then it looks is all I can say and I can't wait till some of you are at this posistion too.
