Jimmie you're doing great! 5 is something which is always better than nothing, and you also beat doing 4, 3, 2, and 1!!! And at the shins is tough work!

Way to go Kacey! You're doing great!

I got 20 in this morning. Almost forgot but then I though about my pals here and knew it had to be done!

        How is everyone else doing??!?!?

Re: October Stability Ball Push Up Challenge - Sign up and Reporting Thread

saty, your such a good cheerleader. yep, 5 is better than none.

today i did 20 at my knees and moved it down to the shins and got 7 done
so a total of 27 today
the 7 i did straight in a row so that is an improvement. my back has not been hurting as much either so i figure it was being a strain on it doing them at my shins. slow and steady wins the race.

          175/250

btw, i'm on my 3rd pint of water. the 4th will come at dinner.

Thought you'd like to know... since starting the stability ball challenge in August I've lost 1.18 inches on my right arm and 1 inch on my left arm.

And more importantly... I'm not knocking the person next to me out when I wave anymore!!! Jiggle is nearly gone!

                            Special thanks to Saty!
