                Well did the the 1st SI6 video today called start it up.... whew lunge ****... this is gonna be a toughy, haha.. but feeling good cause i can tell it's gonna work...

                To answer the quetion on how long it took to get them... they shipped out my video on the 4th go tit on the 10th... but take into account the weekend and the holiday

                  Whew! My thighs hurt for you!! Congratulations on making it through the first workout!! I've heard of people not being able to walk up stairs, get up and down out of chairs, etc. But, it gets very good results. There are even some before/after shots of people (on this board) using this program with very impressive results.

                  I'm anxious to see your results too!

                    (yawn) Just checking in with you ladies to see how you are doing tonight. We are getting ready to let the doggies in to eat supper and then off to beddie. It is 8:06 pm here, but I'm pooped again tonight. Hopefully, we'll be in bed by 9 pm. (Yes, we get up at 4 am to start the day so it comes around early.)

                      Well everybody seems fired up and keeps firing up the videos...
                      You NUTS are cranking em OUT!!!! I know RachelInLa is very fired up from this experience and it's put exercise on a whole new level for her!
                      How cool, we feel so much more powerful when we do it at first...then when we begin to get better and stronger at it, we again rise up in a new powerful way...

                      Tues. I went on a long bike ride with my daughter, and there were places on this loop trail where you go up small hills. She has always been able to cruise right by me, but now, I am getting into a new level of fitness and I could easily ride up next to her and often pass her...of course I was dead at the top!!!

                      So NUTS, keep pressing on, you are moving to new levels of fitness and will be reaching for higher levels of intensity before you know it!

                        Kat- Walk & Kick is my favorite WATP video. It does intervals of walking and very basic kickboxing. It is fun and takes about 30 minutes.

                              I ended up doing Turbo Jam 20 min workout last night. It's fun and it makes the time fly. I want to do another one tonight, because I have class tomorrow night so I might not get one in. So I'm at 6/15!!! woot!
