      Ha Ha, I just realized a few minutes ago.


      Kat, I finally got IT!!!!!! I have the exercise bug too!!!! Didn't think it would happen to me, but I love the energy I have and I've only done that DVD twice! Last night I wasn't ready to crash at seven. I got in bed about ten when I felt ready and went right to sleep! It's a new me.

          Just completed the next slim in 6 video, "ramp it up" it's about twice as long as start it up, but i like it WAY better, more variety and I love the tube work... sore but psyched!!

                        I can't wait for my next DVD to arrive. I ordered the walk/kick one from that same guy with the deals. I would have had to pay around $9 for every one on Ebay except for his. I got it for $5.50 with free shipping. So, yay! I wish it would come today!


                        Hey, in the past two weeks of this challenge I've felt my clothes get even looser. I would say that it helped me go down a solid size at this point...and it makes me very, very happy! I may be down another size in another two weeks! Wouldn't that be wonderful!!

                        I hope everyone is feeling as good as me and that their clothes are getting looser too!

                            I just got my hiney kicked doing Start it Up/Si6. I forgot how good it feels to have sore flabdominals. If I can move tomorrow I will do it again.

                              OMG, it took me like a MONTH to be able to get through those! Keep with it, you will get it! Hurts like **** though!!! I KNOW your pain!! (haha, whining? I was cursing like a sailor!!! )

                                No videos last night after class. I did go for a walk, but jumping around the living room was just too daunting!

                                However I did wake up early this morning so I could do Turbo Jam Cardio Part. It was a 45 min sweat fest! I had to step touch more and more toward the end, but I'm going to really aim to get through the whole thing!!! That's 8/15 for me, over half way there!!!
