    Just finished another grueling session of SI6 ramp it up! Sunday's are gonna be my days off but I'll be back to report on monday!

      Today was a jazzercise day. I'm still sore from yesterdays' bout with Debbie! Back to some form of video-cise tomorrow!!

        4/15 videos done!

        Si6 SIU & WATP Power Mile and tried a little bit of 10 minute solution kickboxing.

        I read through my Si6 information tonight and I am going to work really hard to commit to six weeks of Debbie Siebers. I'm glad I have this challenge to help make me accountable for my goals. Thanks for starting this challenge, Kat.

          Way to go! All of you sound so great!

          Today ended up being a rest day for me. My computer has been acting up and my DH spent most of the day yesterday and today working on various things to fix it. I've been going through some withdrawals...but am here now using his computer for a few minutes. Hopefully, we'll all be back to normal and I can buzz around the board more tomorrow.

          Val, you are so welcome! I was ready to exercise and came over to the challenges and saw where Adena was going to start the video challenge and it ended up not being a good time for her. So, I thought I'd jump right in (since I needed it) and do it for October. (BTW, Adena is planning on starting it for November so we can all jump in with her next month.) It has helped me tremendously too. Plus, we get to encourage each other and chat amongst ourselves about various videos and such. I think that is fun.

          I'm going to browse around the board while I have Matt's computer...

            My back is out of whack again! Grrrr. Can't stand up for long, barely sitting. Not doing anything today it looks like.....

              I got another 2 in this morning! I did Turbo Jam 30min Lower Boddy Workout which is getting just a tiny bit less painful, TINY BIT. I also did the Turbo Jam 20min Ab Jam. Holy Moly does that work those abs. Mine were BURNING. I really like some of the moves Charlene uses in the floor routine.

              Alright, so that's 10/15 for me!!

              You all are doing a great job, and I hope you get your computer back soon Kat!!

                  Well, after three days of being sick and spending all weekend in bed, I just had to get up at midnight and do my first SI6 workout, Start It Up!

                  I got through about 22 min of it before collapsing, my poor cough just couldn't be held back any longer. I'm hoping the sweating is going to help me sweat out some of the icks that are still lingering!

                  It is going to be a great week!

                      Good news! Since I've been working out these two weeks everyone has really started commenting on my weight loss. Today two of the girls/ladies here told me that they can particularly see it in my hips and thighs! Woo Hoo! Thanks Leslie Sansone for the WATP Walk/Jog Interval Training!!

                      I'm a happy camper!

                      Anyone else have some wonderful tales for this month?

                          Just finished another session of SI6 ramp it up. I wanted to thank you ladies... today was one of those hellish days at work and the last thing I wanted to do when I got home was "hang out" with debbie the squat demon... knowing you guys are here and that I needed to report to you got me going & I feel sooo good now to have did another session! thanks! see ya again tomorrow!

                            Doesn't it feel like you accomplished something by exercising when you didn't want to? It always makes me feel so much better and like I'm doing something constructive. I like feeling like I'm on the right track and doing everything I can to be healthy.

                                I did sweating with the oldies yesterday for 34 minutes. I was at my dad's so I couldn't do the one the floor stuff.
