      I'm in! I have power 90 but want turbo jam I am getting them for xmas maybe. But I'll just use the power 90!


      Starting monday (havent been doing it this week)

      My goal is a minumum of 4 days a week. but I hope I can do 5.

      Where do we report our info? Right here in this thread?

            Yes, ma'am, like Jas said...you can just post here. It is only for a month. Next month we'll start a new thread.

            Also, if you want, you can put a line (like mine below) showing your current status and your goal -- like 5/22 = five workouts done and my goal is 22.

            I am also posting the workout video I did and the minutes or miles (just for my own benefit and fun).

                Whew!

                I just finished:

                WATP, Walk the Walk, Two Miles, 30 Minutes

                It was more of a workout than I thought it would be!! Whew!

                I thought I'd give my knees a rest from high-impact today so that is why I switched DVD's. I'll do my Walk/Jog interval training tomorrow, though. Since Matt is off I may try and get him to join me for fun.

                  Kat, you are on a high! I can feel the vibe coming off you! Fantastic kick off, you should be receiving the Jimmie Member of the day award any time now! Those endorphines are taking you to new levels!!!!

                      P.S. I was thinking of taking the weekends as my rest days, but if I can get Matt to work out with me, then I might do some extra workouts. I also want to keep up this momentum and enjoy it while it is here.

                            Whew!! As expected, an awful lot of activity going on here. And I imagine a whole lot of sweating too!! It's awesome.

                            I did get another video in yesterday as per my schedule. And should do another one tomorrow. I'll keep my siggy updated!

                                I'm not sure I should use the bug. I think gophers eat them! I don't want a riot if my gopher (officially named miss piggy) eats it!

                                I'm sore, I can't move. My arms and legs feel like lead weights. Can't wait to see what tonight holds in store in the way of pain!
