I'm trying to do better on my exercise and thought I'd start a challenge for those who use videos.
If you want to join, please post each day you exercise, what video you used and the minutes.
Please also post a goal of some sort in your siggie. For example, my goal is to do 22 workouts for the month of October. So each time I workout I will update my current amount/goal like this:
That shows that I worked out one time out of a goal of 22.
And for the day's post (in this thread), I'll put that I did Leselie Sansone's WATP, One Mile, 20 Minutes.
Let me know if you want to join or if we need to include anything else.
