      Kkat-I've done the Walk/Jog WATP video and like it but my favorite one is the Walk and Kick version. I am thinking about getting the 5-mile one in the near future.       I didn't know Leslie had so many styles out. I'll have to check into the kicking, five mile and the pilates DVD. I had a winsor pilates and the last time I did it (about two years ago) I did two workouts in one week and it seemed I lost an inch in my waist. Hum...now that I'm getting back into my exercise I need to get that DVD out too. Thanks for all the helpful info!!

        Well, this sounds like an intriguing challenge. I'll do my best to keep posting in here. I have to figure up what I want to do. I am exercising 5-6 times a week now, but only every other day do I do my 4 mile WATP with elliptical. The other days I do treadmill and elliptical.

        I guess that might put me at 2-3 times a week for videos. I'll do some math and come back and post it.

        Okay, I'll confess too ... I have several Richard Simmons' videos and may have to pull them out for this too. They are actually good workouts if only he wouldn't sing along!!

        I just decided to do the math now. I'll commit to AT LEAST 10 times of WATP. That will be a pretty good average for me, especially since I'll be gone for four days next week and the week after.

        Changing my siggy ........... see ya!!

          Any workouts videos will do...anything to burn calories and get our metabolisms roaring!!

            LOL Boxermom. That's exactly what my "fanny lifter" has been. A step stool/catch all.

            Debbie is... ! I haven't been away from her THAT long dangit! And doing Jazzercise 3x a week STILL doesn't take away that Pixie's PAIN! My *** hurts this morning!

                  I am going to commit to this challenge. I interchange ellipitical and walking around the track with my exercise videos so I am going to commit to 15 for the month of October.

                          Man, what a hoppin, mo-ti-vated place this is! I can't stay off the bike long enough to do a house-bound, intense work out...
                          But I like the vibe over here, I mean you gals are jazzed up...Can't wait to hear how it goes Jas, you haven't been as Jazzed since you gave up everything that moves....(just kidding)....time to kick some more butt....
                          Ya'll have got me stoked! I am having a rest day, because well unfortunately I need the rest...

                                I'm sure my workout this afternoon will go fine, it's the not being able to get out of bed in the morning after I shock my poor muscles that I'm worried about!

                                Won't stop me though, a little pain = gain (or loss)!
