Those step aerobics are the WORST (errr, ummm, well, they are really good for you but kick ***!) Good for you Jas!
Tonight was my jazzercise class, so no videos for me today.
The instructor did add in a new workout which basically has us in a Plie (crap I used to know how to spell that) position for about 5 minutes bouncing and walking around till you think your legs are going to fall off! That after the squat **** last night and my *** hurts!!!
Cya tomorrow with a video workout!!

                    1/15 videos done!

I did WATP two miler and Power Mile.

I love exercise challenges and it is really motivating when you can feel the excitement in a group challenge. I was at work for 12 hours today (this includes my commute) and all I wanted to do was come home, sit down, and do nothing. I started a exercise log this month and as I looked at my planner, my challenges kept staring me down so I decided to start moving before I sat down for the evening. I am scaring myself.

Wow! You did a mega walk tonight, ay? I just ordered the power mile (from the same guy I got the walk/jog from) and hope it is here by the weekend.

I'm so impressed with you working such a long day and not giving in to wanting to rest. That is is excellent!! I'm proud of you!!

                      Keep up the good work!

                          Val,

I just noticed something...it looks like you did two videos yesterday so wouldn't that count as two towards your goal of 15? 2/15?

Kat-You were up bright and early. Great job. I did two videos but I'm only counting it as because my personal goal is get at least 45 minutes of exercise a day and I wouldn't have been able to do it without the extra video.

I'll check in on you video nuts later.
