          Toga, you are going a great job with your ramp it ups!!! Do you feel more powerful?

              Thanks, Erin! My arms are feeling better today so I can do it all over again. Matt thought maybe I worked them too hard yesterday and suggested doing more lower body stuff today. I usually rotate my videos and I think the one I'm going to do today isn't that much arm work and no weights, so I should be okay.

              Yes, the countdown to the end of the month has started! Tic Toc...

                I'm actually in week three of SI6, I put off starting burn it up and sticking with ramp it up until this sunday; I'm hosting a big dinner party on Saturday and thought it might not be a good idea to start the next level right before that... no one wants a waddling host due to the next level of Debbie squat demon... but i'm feeling great, I'm not weighing for a about a week, b/c THAT TIME is coming and I know the scale can be frightening now... but i'm losing inches and I'm getting back my toned arms which is WONDERFUL! I'm so proud of all of us!! Imagine what we will accomplish this novemeber!!

                        Jeepers creepers it's been awhile since I did a video and I can't find what I've accomplished. Anyway, I probably won't make my video goal for the month. This is our last weekend to go camping and I have to make the most of it. Keep up your great work nutty buddies. I will see you guys next month.

                          Didn't get to post yesterday, but between then and today I did 2 more ramp it ups and met my monthly goal!!!! Looks liek I might go over this month! YAY!!!!!!!
