      Barb- I was almost looking forward to trying pilates but now I'm fearful of more self inflicted pain.

      What is it about exercising pain that feels so darn good? We must be cuckoo.

          You guys are hilarious! As soon as I get my kids to bed, I'll do WATP Walk/Jog. I could do it with them now, but they like to get right up under me... and sometimes climb on me. It's hard enough lifting my own weight, let alone theirs...

          Oh, and I found my stability ball (still not sure how one loses a big 30" green ball), so I'm going to tackle that tonight, too!

            Ahhhh. Just did my WATP Walk/Jog (that's a really good work out -- I like it) and took a shower. Both kids are sleeping, DH isn't here... it's so peaceful. Am on the computer (not having had to fight anyone for it) and watching What Not to Wear. What a treat!

            DOH, so much for luxuriating... I thought I was done until I just looked over and saw my stability ball in the corner... still have to do that so I can report there. I need to at least put a little dent in my goal of 150.

              I squeezed in that mile on the gazelle yesterday. Today is garage saling with the gals and I'm always on the lookout for exercise videos, weights, whatever!

              I have the Crunch Pilates and really like it. It's in storage so I bought another one. This one is called 10 minute solution - rapid results pilates. Great arm toner and buns and thighs. The other night hubby said I actually was getting a defined butt cheek where the butt meets the leg instead of just kinda blending in. LOLOL He's so funny.

              Time to get moving on my day!

                    A few years ago I did the Mari Windsor Pilates twice in one week and I think my waist went down one full inch that week. The only reason I haven't done that one since is that it is floor work. Ever since I had bunion surgery I don't like getting up on my foot to get up. But, the more I do it, the less it should bother me, ay?

                    I'll be back in a few minnies. I'm off to do Leslie Sansone's Pilates. A new DVD that Val and I are going to try out.

                      Okay, I did the Leslie Sansone Pilates Mat Workout. It went by really fast. (I am not sure how long this workout is.) However, I couldn't complete all the moves at this point, but I'm going to make it a mini-challenge for myself to try and be able to do this without stopping by the end of November.

                                Hey ladies! Glad to see you are all doing so so well!!!! I myself am not all that fab... got in a car accident 4 days ago and smashed my knee up pretty good... coulda been worse so i can't complain... I'm gonna have to take it easy for at least 2 weeks... will be getting water aerobics in, cause it's something I can do and then I won't go into total couch potato status.. though it is tempting So keep up the good work.. and I'll be back as soon as I can!!!!!
