      100 for me.

      wow lookie at all the not listed folk. we need to get the stability ball push up police out and find out if those not here this month folk fell off their balls too many times last month and are injured or just being slcakers this month.

        Saty, great chart, as usual! Thank you!

        I have a question about form. For now, I still have my ball under my lower stomach/hips. I notice when I lower for the pushup, I feel the ball roll down just a tiny bit more, and then back into place as I come back up. I tried to be extra aware of it, and did a couple where I didn't let the ball roll at all. (It was harder!). Is proper form for the ball not to shift at as you do the push up?

          Hey Adena!

          Yes! Keep the ball as still as possible. Concentrating on keeping the ball still will engage all of your core muscles which is the beauty of stability ball pushups! It's all about form. I'm glad you asked!!

              saty, i thought i had posted in here earlier in the day (monday) but i don't see it.

              anyways, i just couldn't bear the thought of not doing this with you guys so sign me up.
              now, i am adding things all the time for my arm using the weights so i want to scale back with my number. i had said earlier that i would do 100 but let me say........... 125.
              i did 10 on sunday, 10 on monday
