Okay...I did 40 today...I was NOT happy during it...but I LOVE LOVE LOVE the results it's having on my upper arms..so defined and grar looking!
Tim still laughs at me when I get on the ball...does anyone else have family members harrassing them while they do it? He says..."ha ha ha..you are going to go flying straight through the wall one day!"

I did 20 today (Sat.) I need to get DH to reinflate the ball a little. Kids have been playing with it and it's sorta flat. Which actually makes it easier to balance, but it's probably cheating a little...
