Welcome to the DECEMBER TREADMILL TREKKI CHALLENGE. You can choose what's right for you, either minutes, miles or steps. This challenge can be started any day of the month and not just on the first day. So if you want, start up on the 26th and get a head start on your New Year's Resolution to exercise. I'm starting today.
How many MINUTES/MILES/or STEPS are you going to challenge yourself to?
Be sure to work at your own pace and increase as your fitness level improves. I started at 10 slow minutes a day and have worked up as I can.
You will need to figure your monthly total as your commitment to this treadmill challenge and post it here. Then just subtract your daily amount from the starting number. For example, if you plan to do 12 minutes (miles, or steps) a day, then 12 x 31 = 371 minutes for the month. Day three might look like this: 371/335 to go. Then post here how much you did on that day. example: 12 minutes on treadmill
Don't forget to change your icon to this topic.

I have never had so much trouble losing the weight before. Yet I am finding it easier to stick to plan, and I don't feel deprived like I used to. Go figure
But the health benefits are great!
