      Well this morning i danced for about 40 minutes with my kids to the kids music channel, does that count? HAHA It was fun.

          sunday procrastinated and did nothing
          monday grocery shopping and spent much time walking isles
          tuesday EOTD lying tricep lifts, 5 minutes
          wednesday EOTD bridge ups, 5 minutes
          thursday flights, about 13 minutes
          friday EOTD dumbbell side bends, 5 minutes
          saturday biking 10 minutes

          that's what i counted for this challenge during this week.

            Ahhhh... it's Sunday! Very impressive memory Jimmie!
            I didn't write mine down ...but did the extra five every day, I know. Mostly added to dog walk. One day I skipped the dog walk but did lots more flights than usual... and definitely an extra five mins if not more. Er, ummm... or was that last week???
            Whatever...whenever; I did my extra five every day...even today!!

                Well today I am taking my 3 and 4 years old boys to a birthday party. So i am sure to be getting a little exercise. I need to get the belt on my treadmill replaced so i can get really busy. Good Luck!

                      Think the Christmas hols have done for this challenge. Probably, most people (including myself) don't have time even to do their usual amount of exercise, let alone any extra!!!

                      I too have fallen by the wayside. Will probably pick it up again at a later date, when things calm somewhat.

                        well I thought - that it was great finding an exercise challenge doing a little bit each day!

                        I want to join!

                        My exercise routine is nearly non existent - I am on my feet for ten hours a day at work - which involves a lot of heavy lifting, bending ,stretching and walking. Subsequently when I get home and do donner and the housework I am just too shattered to go back out to the gym! - even though I am paying an extortionate membership!

                        I had major surgery last year and am not allowed to actually do much - no running, tennis, aerobics , and physically cant do any twisting stuff - so all I can do really is a few bench presses, upper body exercises and walking. I do go for walks at the weekend with my hubbie! about a mile + now!

                        so if you decide to get this challenge going again - I will try to do it with you!
