    Wednesday I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, 100 abs, upper body work with dumbells and 4 liters water.

      Thanks Grant.

      Yesterday I did 45 min brisk walking, 27 min cardio, 100 crunches and drank 152 oz of water. I am slowly climbing back into decent shape. I can now walk fast for awile and not be short of breath.

        Wait until you can manage 60 mins on your devil machine - you will be sooo glad you joined this challenge!!

          I havn't really been increasing my exercise, I really need to work on that.

                Hey all

                Great to see everyone doing so well this week. I've been pretty cr*p at posting, I'm sorry. Not having the best week at work but this time I havent let it ruin my diet!

                Mon - 45 mins cardio, 100 crunches, 4 litres of water
                Tues - 4 litres of water
                Weds - 45 mins cardio, 100 crunches, 4 litres of water
                Thurs - 4 litres of water
                Fri - 45 mins cardio, 100 crunches, 4 litres of water


                26 yr 5'2 F
                Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
                On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
                Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
                Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

                            Ahhh, good to know! I've noticed Jane's reports and the she uses a cross trainer but I never really knew what that meant, in my head I think I pictured some sort of odd contraption where you slide side to side. No idea where that came from.

                                14th rest day
                                15th yoga 45 mins, pilates 100 abs
                                16th weights 45 minutes, 120 abs, 2 hours chopping wood.
                                17th yoga 1 hr, pilates abs 100, 2 hours moving wood to indoor stockpile.
