        I am still not doing too well. Still, managed to walk 3 km. Better than nothing, I pressume!

        Well, I am pledging only 30 this month!
        Start day: Jan 7th 07

        SW: 71.5 kilo, CW: 70:eek:, GW: 60 kilo

        The Millenium Dome, Clifton Suspension Bridge, Big Ben, Fort Rail Bridge, Scotland, BT tower Birmingham, Blackpool tower

            I did 6miles today on foot, walk/jog....I can't believe it, and I am sooooo sore I can barely move...Adena was still out on the course when I came to a hault! 6 miles is my new all time record!!!!

                            1 mile so far today.

                            What happens to me on induction?? I'm a runner who can't find it in me to run or even walk very vigorously on induction (day 7 today)? This has happened before and I'm hoping that once I start adding back carbs my stamina returns.

                            Just a note before returning to this WOE last week I was running 2 miles every other day and incline walking for 30 minutes the others.

                              Hi there...is it too late to join for Febuary? I'd like to pledge 100 miles. As of now for February I have 8 miles (I need to get cracking and catch up!!!!).
