5 miles on the bike today
I'm slacking - have a super thick bronchial cough (sorry TMI) courtesy of my daughte's kindergarten class and I've been sapped of energy. The five miles on the bike was a huge accomplishment for me because I really just wanted to sleep instead

Starting weight in June of 2005: 220 lbs size 14/16
Did my own "diet" and it took me forever to lose.

Mid-Weight in June of 2006: 196 lbs size 12/14 Decided to get serious and start Atkins on July 15th.

Karen - how about after you do your treadmill time tonight, you see how your mileage is for that and then come up with your goal from now until Feb 28th and then pop me that number? I have added you name and will add your goal as soon as you decide on one. So glad you've joined us!

I think next month I'm going to split up my exercise and do treadmill miles and then OTHER exercise in minutes just to actually total up my entire workout. Does that sound ok? Right now, I'm only doing the treadmill miles here and that's not only what I'm doing.

The Nutshell: I'm a 43 yr old grrrrl, 5'4". Married to the best guy I've ever met (besides my Dad), with one very active toddler and I run my own pet sitting business.
