      various stretches
      pushups
      reverse flys
      seated leg extensions
      jackknife (something new)
      slow swimming (that's one i didn't know the name of)

        Hey jimmie. Im still in the challenge. Ive just been trying to get over ear infection in both ears and a sinus infection. Im gonna try to get some minutes in today though.

            Ok. I managed to get in 4 min before my ball deflated. Apparently one of the kids cut a slit in it with scissors. It didnt go all the way thru but it did deflate pretty bad when I got on to do crunches and I must have thrown the patch away. Ill try to go out tonight and get another one.
