Had 2 days off, we were at my inlaws place and they don't have the room so I had to pass on the vids, today did tae bo 50 mins workout, have to get back in shape, was hard today....
I did Firm Strength today. I really like that one, but it just keeps going and going...
I'm thinking I'll make this a Firm rotation with maybe some other stuff thrown in if I get tired/bored. I have 8 Firm videos in total, so if I rotate through them 4 times, that will be about 6 weeks.

Did sculpt 5/6 today...feeling a bit sore already!!! Owie!!! I think I'm going to stay with Tony Horton 5/6 stuff the rest of this month and then may move on to Power X, but we'll see!

Firm Cardio done. I don't know why they call it "cardio" though, since it's really cross training, with a ton of weights. I'm sweating far more than with the Pixie, but heartrate monitor says I'm not burning as many calories. Go figure. Who cares about a few calories, though, it's such fun to do something new.
