Ok yesterday did my tae bo, today we went out for the whole day, we just got back and it's kinda too late to still work out (also still have to make myself something to eat) so I call it a restday for today and pick up again tomorrow.
We did walk a whole lot though, so at least I was on the move.

Did some major snow shoveling yesterday afternoon, went for a hike through the snow this morning. Just finished Firm Cardio. All in all, a great exercise weekend.

did abs and siu today, had to find something not AS hard as that tae bo tape, mondays for me seem to always be like in a fog, I am not that good at getting up early (weird thing is though that in the weekend mostly I only get up one hour later, not that I stay in bed that longer and I always count about 8.5 or 9 hours for my sleep, so definitely don't go to bed too late, but still I am totally worn out on mondays, hmm), yesterday finished the cardio tape again, so another 2 down
Soliwit, that sounds like my typical Mondays. Wonder what it is about that day that wears us out? I think many people feel tired on that day....recovering from the weekend? Facing the boss? hmmm...
Today, I did Burn and then the stretch tape.

That is very weird, isn't it, well, I am happy I am not the only one though, makes me feel 'normal' again, hehe (as far as that is possible, LOL)
Yesterday's pain was tae bo again, one more down.......
