    Ok, I am gonna do another month of video workouts, this month I will go for 21 workouts.
    Who's gonna join me ?

      I'm in for 22 again!

      Kids are at a sleepover at a friend's house, so of course, I was wide awake at 5:30 this morning! Grrrr... Not going to work out till later, though, since I don't want to admit I'm awake.

          I would like to take on this third challenge but want to ask if my particular goal will be acceptable.

          At the moment, I have to be very careful with walking, stepping, etc., while going through PT on my left leg. Would a very careful and soft one-mile march be acceptable with my Leslie Sansone DVDs? It'll at least get me moving on my feet for roughly twenty minutes.
          If this is an acceptable commitment, I'll commit to 15 (once every other day) for the month. This is VERY little but I'm dealing with atrophied muscles.

                        TMN - Welcome and great job on completing your first one! If it's a video, it counts, and Leslie's are a great start.

                        I think I'm calling today a "lie on my arse on the couch and read a good book all day" day. Happy first day of April to all.

                          Some muscles tightened up a bit and the muscle/ligament on the side of the knee is a bit swollen. But neither are nearly as bad as they used to be. A hot bath and a quick nap helped. I think it's ok. I'll call the therapist tomorrow to make sure but I think she'll approve as long as it's not getting worse. Believe me, it was a VERY light workout; still, it's a huge boost just to do anything.

                          Yeah, THREE challenges! I could kiss you all for starting them! You have NO idea how fired up this has made me! (Now waiting for the continuous rain here to stop so I can get out on the bike. )

                          Hi to you, too, Anna! Leslie is great, isn't she? I think her workouts are perfect for those of us who are so out of shape! She's very easy on the joints!
