      Video #2 for the day! (Mine are only about 20 minutes long... )

      That makes it 9/15. With the way things are improving, I'll be doing a lot more than 15 this month.

                  Work intervened this week. I've barely eaten or slept, much less worked out. And, on top of everything else, I've injured my left foot (walking too fast on pavement in heels) and now I can barely walk.

                          Ok, reporting in, have had some bad days feeling not that good (allergies) but have been a good girl now and did another 2 workouts yesterday and today, I can still make my amount for this month so I am happy for that.

                            Hey I know that it's toward the end of April but can I join this challenge?

                            For the last 2 weeks I have been working about 6 days a week. I'm taking the Power 90 challenge and want the extra boost of motivation I get from posting and stuff.

                            My commitment is that I will be working out 6 days a week alternating between cardio and strength training, and abs every other day.


                            P90X Challenge: 24/90 done, 66 to go!


                            My Personal 20 Week No Cheat Challenge:
                            3 week down, 17 weeks to go!
